by Bishop J Masamba

Celebration 18 years of Ministry work and serving a true living God.

On the 11th of July 1999 at Nyamutamba Hotel. Christian Faith Church was born. that day was the longest service we ever did  worshiping and crying to God in repentance  and seeking His covering and Grace to lead us in His way
I want you to see how we have travelled to be where we are now.
I want to explain to you the meaning of the number 18 to us as a church, starting with 8 and then 10.
8 stands as this:- 7+1 =8; this number is associated with Resurrection and Regeneration, the beginning of a new era or good great order to take place in the church to greater heights and to open doors worldwide.
Lets talk about Noah for a moment. He was one of the 8 people  who came out of the Ark to a new regenerated world read 2Peter 2:5. do you think you can be the good preacher of righteousness? A preacher towards restoration of your life, family, community and your country as Noah did as he walked with God, Genesis 6:9". Read more .

An Offering That Worships
by Pastor Lloyd Mpita

Then he said to the servants, "Stay here with the donkey. The boy and I will go over there and worship, and then we will come back to you." Genesis 22:5.

He keeps everyone away and promised to come back with his son. He was the only one who truly understood what was going to happen. A father going to sacrifice his only beloved son. What a big sacrifice. On the way he must have deliberated within himself and to him it didn't make sense, but he was going ahead with it anyway. Abraham never sought the opinion of others even his wife because he didn't want anyone between him and his God. Abraham understood His God as Loving God and would never lead him into something he would regret. He understood that no matter how stupid the instruction from God appeared, that is exactly what he was going to do. He knew this was a giving God who had given him Isaac in the first place and if he wants to take him away then whatever God wants he gets. He must have understood that Since God had promised to bless the world through Isaac it was better to surrender him into His able Hands to guarantee a flawless realization of that promise... Words Matter
by Bishop J Masamba

I have learnt that women can speak an average of 20000 words and a man an average of 7000 words per day to converse and to communicate. In all those words if the bible says a man is a product of his mouth, what do you say every time you open your mouth? No wonder David said "O God put a guard on my mouth." That is to stop and filter words which will harm firstly me then everyone and everything my words touch.
I keep saying speak positive words all the time first to self then to family, Church and Country. There isn’t a lot of work needed, you just need to speak. Mark 11vs23 says truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! And does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place; it will be done for him. See the trick is on what you say belief will come easy. When you say something to yourself over and over again, belief will come easily.
Jesus spoke to the tree and it died and he said speak to the mountain and it will be removed Mat 21vs21. Are your words removing mountains or sustaining them or even worse creating them. What you say matters.
Choose the right words to utter don't just spew acid out of your mouth but let them nurture the environment around you and live a blessed life at the same time being a blessing to everyone around you.
 Stay blessed

Power of Words
by Bishop J Masamba

In many Instances in the Bible we are told of the power of the mouth. We are also told that our tongues are so little but hold immense power. The bible says our mouths have power of life and death. It says what a man says so is he. Ask yourself this. Who is to blame or bless for your current situation, what are you a product of. I can rest assure you. You are your own architect. The bible says I have set before you life and death therefore choose life. Hallelujah you choose by saying It and living it. I am saying this to you today choose life. Every day decide to tell yourself something positive and it will begin to be a healthy habit and soon enough YOU become your words.
Stay blessed

Time For Restoration
by Bishop J Masamba

Key Script. 1Kings 3:16-28
We have a very interesting story of two (2)prostitutes/harlots; who impregnated them, we are not told of it.
What we know and have read is that these prostitutes were staying together for “Birds of the same feathers flock together” The first harlot had a baby boy and (3) three days after; the second harlot had a baby boy also.
Because of they were friends in prostitution; it was common to them and were very close to each other that they slept in the same room.
I don’t have the statistics of the days of these children but the following was and were the events that one night the two (2) prostitutes were all asleep, the one who gave birth on the 3rd day woke up in the midnight to find her son died because she had slept upon him.
In a quick thought she decided to exchange the babies by taking her dead baby to the sleepy mother of the first born baby boy and she took the live baby and laid the dead one on her and she went back to sleep without her friend noticing or hearing anything.
Friends morning will always come despite what, the sun will rise that day in your life, and things will never be the same again in your life for the positive or negative awards. Read more

Leadership 101
by Bishop J Masamba

Everything rises and falls with leadership.
Any organisation or department is a direct reflection of its leader. Are you aware, and  conscious of yourself. Do you want to know what you are capable of and do you want to see yourself. What you really are, the real you. If yes  then check for yourself look at the area you are leading and discover yourself. The state of the area of your leadership is exactly who you are. Its your reflection. Take a closer look can you smile at that reflection, do you like what you see. That is your face looking back at you.

I urge you as a leader pull up your socks declare now who you are and what you want to achieve in your area of leadership. Do this and commit yourself and see your area change for the better and so will your life change along with it.
You have been asleep all along, now wake up and start work.

Leadership 101 by Bishop Jonathan Masamba
• The action of leading a group of people or an organization
• Inspiring others to do well
• The ability to evaluate and or forecast a long term plan or policy and influence the followers towards the achievement of the said strategy
• Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.
Leadership revolves around vision, ideas, direction, and has more to do with inspiring people as to direction and goals rather than with day to day implementation read more

Leadership 101
by Bishop J Masamba

To be a good leader you need to fully understand yourself, know what makes you tick. Be honest to yourself and tell yourself the truth, if you are able to lie to yourself you cannot be a good leader. you must be honest to yourself and tell yourself your goodness and badness. Know your character look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself who and what you are this process will initiate and unlock great leadership potential in you.
Character is the combination of qualities or features that distinguishes one person, thing or group from another, it’s not just being different but it’s what differentiates you. are you an optimistic or pessimistic meaning are you a positive or negative person are you workable with, are you an easy person to get along with. if you were to be cloned would you like your clone to lead you. Fully understand your personality traits discover faults in you and write them down and seek help from those who can help and assist without taking advantage of. No leader is perfect but great leaders try to perfect themselves. remember it’s a never ending process of self study. One can never fully know themselves hence its being a never ending process but at least you can try. Try to know your strengths and weaknesses and seek to correct them.
